I was born in Japan but I have been living in New Zealand since 2008.
I graduated from Osaka Art University in 2008 , majoring in printmaking.
At the moment, I mostly enjoy using watercolours and ink. I use intricate patterns and abstract shapes to illustrate many different types of animals in my drawings. I draw inspiration from various things including traditional Japanese art and children's book illustrations.
I have had a number of art exhibitions in both Japan and New Zealand.
