Pricing & Availability

All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 15%.
We try to ensure the accuracy of all information on www.soulgallery.co.nz, however we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

Soul Gallery Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information you give us will remain private. We will not give out your information to anyone.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with the goods we are happy to refund your credit card. We will issue this to you when we receive the goods back in original condition, unused and in original packaging. We will not refund shipping costs for returned goods, the shipping of the goods back to us will be at your cost, unless the product is faulty, or the wrong product was sent then we will refund the shipping.
You need to contact us within 48 hours should you wish to return the product.
You may expect a refund to your credit card within approx 30 days upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of $6 for courier packaging for small items, this cost is built in to the cost of the item you are purchasing from the website. The $6 is for small items that fit into a shoebox and weigh under 2kgs. The cost of the courier then increases by $6 for every extra 2kg amount.
If delivery is required to an RD address the cost is $10 and delivery may take longer.
We do not ship to a PO Box.
We are not responsible for goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.


The products available on our website are a small selection of what is available in Soul Gallery, we have chosen some of our favourite art for you. Availability is dependent on stock in hand. Due to our products being made in NZ and handmade we may not be able to send your order immediately, however we will advise you of this immediately. If you consider the delay to be too long then we will refund your money.


Orders placed during the week, Monday-Friday will be shipped within 72 hours of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends, and public holidays will normally be shipped within 96 hours or the next working day. If for some reason we do not have that product available immediately to ship to you we will contact you via the email address supplied and advise you.
If the goods cannot be delivered to you because the incorrect address has been provided or you are unavailable to accept the delivery it is you, the buyer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from the courier depot.

International Orders

When you place an order to be shipped outside NZ, your order will be processed the day it is received and shipped within 4 days via New Zealand Post International, postage and handling fees will vary re weight and country of destination and you will be advised of this via email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the buyer has not put the correct address on the order eg puts NZ for courier charge and then addresses it to another country.
We do not accept any responsibility for additional customs taxes, duties or any other fees upon shipment's arrival to your country.


We accept payment from Mastercard and Visa, or if in NZ you may contact us via email and we will provide you with bank account details.
